Centrum Sztuki Wokalnej działa przy Podkarpackim Związku Piłsudczyków, który jest organizacją podejmującą szereg inicjatyw związanych z promocją Rzeszowa i Podkarpacia. W sposób szczególny Związek stara się prowadzić swą działalność wśród młodzieży. Jeden z oddziałów Centrum Sztuki Wokalnej działa przy Podkarpackim Związku Piłsudczyków.

Drugi ośrodek przy którym działa CSW to Teatr Maska w Rzeszowie. Jest jedynym profesjonalnym teatrem lalek na Podkarpaciu. Repertuar teatru obejmuje sztuki dla dzieci, młodzieży i dorosłych. Prowadzi edukację teatralną oraz galerię.
